We recently purchased a 37 acre property northwest of Lubbock. The property has lots of mesquite, grass and a dry playa lake. We haven't decided for sure what we will do with the property, but for now it will be a place to hang out on the weekends and shoot clays. Brother Bill (Larry's brother) is loaning us his travel trailer to use for living quarters. The property has a 1930's saltbox style barn, outhouse, chicken coops, horse shelters and a large riding arena. We have a lot of work to do to get the buildings like we want them, but it will be fun. We will post photos of the progress. This is a great place for camping, so you are all welcome anytime. Twisted H...well, this is the best name I've come up with so far for a goat ranch. If you have a better name for a 38 acre ranch, send it to me!

That looks good, this will be fun! Love the pic
It looks great. When are you going to start bording horses?

You put up some lovely rustic pics and a slide show. It reminds me of my days in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia back in the early 70s when I roamed the praire on horseback after school and weekends.
I might want to move in there when you two get that ranch going.
